FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: facility consists of cylinder case with inlet lower flange and side outlet flange and of float with guiding elements. On top in the case there is installed an insertion with a cylinder main passage opening with a packing ring on a lower conic taper and a side outlet opening; the insertion is pressed to the case with a cover with packing rings. A lever is attached to the float. Additionally, a packing semi-sphere with a compensation valve in centre is secured to un upper part of the float; the semi-sphere with the packing ring on the lower conic taper of the passage opening of the insertion forms a main gate. In the insertion there is positioned a piston with a packing ring released from the packing ring in the upper part of the passage opening of the insertion; going down the piston forms a backup gate. The lever thrusts into a rod of a distribution valve positioned outside the case; the piston cavity is coupled with an outlet cavity or with the float cavity via the distribution valve. When the main and backup gates are closed, the cavity in the passage opening communicates with the float cavity via the compensation valve and openings made in the semi-sphere.
