FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device is arranged at pipeline, ahead of tank with pontoon or floating cover, equipped with riser with bellow pipe to prevent pontoon tilting and sinking. It comprises case, top and bottom flanges with seals, inlet bore and outlet bores and float. Said case has a pipe-bend. Said pipe-bend includes flanges and cover. Vertical guides are fitted at the case inner surface. Roller bearings are fitted at the float outer surface. Float is displaced vertically by rope-and-pulley system and counterweight drive of said system. Said rope-and-pulley system comprises crossbar, fixed pulleys, counterweight and ropes. Rod of said drive accommodates the mechanism facilitating float return to working position.
EFFECT: reliable exhaust, efficient operation, better working conditions.
