FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention allows to protect skin of clothes item user's body against irritation due to presence of welding points. Disposable clothes item without fasteners has anterior belt area and posterior belt area, which overlap along their lateral borders and are integrated in welding points in such way as to form lateral belt zones. Surface intended for bringing in contact interaction with user's body skin in respective lateral belt zones, is made with cover pieces, each of which is connected with anterior and posterior belt regions in such way as to cross the border line between said anterior and posterior belt areas.

EFFECT: such construction prevents bringing in contact interaction welding points with user's body skin.
