FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simple disposable piece of clothing such as panties comprises a base and an absorbing module. The base which can be extensible includes a water-proof sheet transversely folded inside at its both lateral edges to form opposite side flaps. Each side flap is attached to an internal surface of a base, near to its end edges. Each side flap has a longitudinal elastic collecting element attached near to a proximal edge of the side flap. The absorbing module has smaller width and length than the base. The lateral edges of the absorbing module can be arranged proximally in relation to the matched lateral edges and end edges of the base.
EFFECT: group of inventions allows preventing dirtying the body and clothing, and bed-clothes and other objects whereto the user comes in contact.
