FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to design of drain-and-distribution devices of pressure filters and may be used in water recycling systems. The drain cup contains a body shaped as a conic frustrum with an angle of slope equal to 10°-15°, the body having longitudinal slots, a blind cover and a bottom with a hole in it, a sleeve connected to the body, the sleeve inner surface shaped as a diffuser, and a nipple connected to the sleeve and having holes arranged in its upper and lower parts. The ratio of the area of the slots in the cap body and that of the nipple inner section is 1.0-1.6. The diametre of the holes arranged in the nipple upper and lower parts is 0.15-0.2 of the nipple inner diametre.
EFFECT: invention usage enables hydrodynamic characteristics improvement.
