FIELD: railway transport; track facilities. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for construction and repair of tracks, particularly, to ballast tampers and track liners. Proposed track maintainer has frame resting on running bogies and raising and lining device, tamper and device for raising and tamping track sidings, all mounted of frame. Device for raising and tamping track sidings has frame and the following members mounted on frame: at least one roller for resting on rail, rail grip and support coupled with vertical displacement drive. Tamping member with vibratory drive is tamping plate with wedge tamping tools in lower part to be placed at both sides of rail. said support and tamping plate are hinge mounted on one axle coupled with vertical displacement drive. EFFECT: improved quality of tamping, simplified design of device for raising and tamping track sidings. 3 dwg
