FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: turbine wheel incorporates multiple pins. Every said pin has fluting planes in transitions between adjacent sections, each said plane consisting of first and second rounded sections. Note that radius of the first section exceeds that of the second section. Axis-adjacent pins located in the innermost wheel edge form the bottom of groove that features, in fact, a dovetail shape and is made between adjacent pins. Groove bottom has a pair of fluting planes consisting of the first and second rounded sections. Note that radius of the first section exceeds that of the second section. Groove bottom comprises also smooth section running along the axis and circumference between second sections of every pair of fluting planes of groove bottom. In compliance with the other version, first section of every groove bottom fluting plane passes on wheel pin along the radius outside the fluting plane second section. Another invention of proposed set relates to attachment of turbine wheel and vanes that comprises multiple wheel pins, multiple vanes and pins passing, mainly, along the axis through the wheel and vane pins. Wheel pins comprise multiple sections with thickness decreasing stepwise along radius and outside. Every said pin has fluting planes in transitions between adjacent sections and wheel pin groove bottom, each said plane consisting of first and second rounded sections separated by smooth sections.
EFFECT: reduced crack formation due to reduced concentration of strains.
