FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for bolt connection with radial tension for one-piece packages consists in package compressing, in aperture forming and strengthening, and in installation of bolt, washer and nut. An intermediate thin-walled bushing is installed into the aperture of the package according to height of the package. Also the bushing is preliminary cooled in cryogen medium, the package with bushing are conditioned to room temperature; further, the bolt is cooled in cryogen medium and is installed into the aperture of the bushing; the package with the bushing and the bolt is conditioned to room temperature. The bushing and the bolt are cooled preferably in atmosphere of liquid nitrogen to 196°C temperature. The aperture is strengthened by bushing internal surface burnishing.

EFFECT: increased reliability and service life of bolt connection.
