FIELD: sealing equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sealing equipment for sealing of split joints. Disclosed is a sealing cryocomposition for sealing joints of parts of cryogenic vessels and fittings, containing in wt.% 3-4 porous plastic with mainly open pores and 96-97 ice sealant, where the ice sealant is a water-glycerine solution with content in wt.% of 40-60 water and 40-60 glycerol in solid state; and a method of producing the disclosed sealing cryocomposition.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of sealing joints of connected parts of complex shapes in vessels and fittings with a cryogenic product.
