SUBSTANCE: device for image formation comprises facility for focusing of electromagnet radiation to build image, matrix arranged in the form of receiving elements located in single plane, facility for rotation, providing for one-dimensional scanning of image, device of image rotation, which is connected to facility for rotation and which is installed at the outlet of electromagnet radiation focusing facility upstream matrix with the possibility to scan image on matrix around centre of image rotation. Matrix of receiving elements is arranged as two-dimensional, besides centre of image rotation is displaced relative to matrix centre at the distance e, which does not exceed Rd, where Rd is efficient radius of receiving element.
