SUBSTANCE: device has a simulator cockpit with a student's workstation and an instructor's workstation each having corresponding units information display simulators and a unit of control device simulators, a system for viewing the outside environment, a computer system for the simulator, a mobility system which has actuating units, a hydraulic power source, a unit for monitoring working capacity of the system, a controlled ladder, a device for smooth caging and uncaging the cockpit and unit of control devices. The mobility system also has a control command reception unit, a real-time control unit, a control device switching unit and an objective control unit. The instructor's workstation has a control command issuing unit and a system state display unit. The mobility system also has a control command reception unit, a real-time control unit, a control device switching unit, as well as an objective control unit. The output of the control command issuing unit of the instructor's workstation is connected to the first input of the control command reception unit of the mobility system, and the input of the system state display unit of the instructor's workstation is connected to the third output of the objective control unit of the mobility system.
EFFECT: more efficient control of the mobility system and constant monitoring of working capacity of the simulator of the instructor's workstation.
