SUBSTANCE: device is complemented with fuzzy logical controller of power supply and comparison circuit, besides inlets of neuronet controller of power supply and fuzzy logical controller of power supply are connected to inlet of central processor, their outlets are connected to inlets of comparison circuit, and outlet of comparison circuit is connected to inlet of central processor.

EFFECT: increased reliability of power supply to the first category loads due to application of two power supply controllers, using various methods for determination of power supply sources, with indices of electric energy quality, which satisfy consumer requirements to the maximum.
