SUBSTANCE: device for transmission/reception of RF signal is arranged with the possibility to perform function of duplex transmission/reception, using bidirectional mixer in the range of intermediate frequency (IF) or main frequency band, but not in RF range. When reception signal of RF range is passed via bidirectional mixer, it is converted into signal in any one of IF range and main frequency band range. Also when transmission signal in any of IF range and main frequency band range is passed via bidirectional mixer, it is converted into signal of RF range.
EFFECT: simplicity of RF signal transmission/reception device design, reduced size of microcircuit chip, consumption of low output power, reduced signal-to-signal noise, superb efficiency of wireless communication.
