SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacturing technique of coffee substitutes. Method involves preparation of the recipe ingredients, extracting medang by liquid nitrogen with the respective miscella separation, cutting girasol-sunflower, drying it in the microwave field at preset process parametres and roasting, roasting barley and rye grains, mixing girasol-sunflower with barley and rye grains, impregnating the obtained mixture by the separated miscella with the simultaneous pressure increase and following reduction of pressure down to the atmospheric one along with simultaneous freezing of the mixture and its cryogrinding in the released nitrogen medium.
EFFECT: method allows for the production of new flavoured coffee drink instant powder from non-traditional raw materials according to wasteless technology.
