FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: pumpkin and girasol-sunflower are washed and rinsed at the specified parametres of the process, they are separately ground and finished to produce appropriate purees. Produced purees are blended with orange juice and sugar syrup, heated, packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to produce new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition.
