FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: coulter includes a center hoe with established stable hollow grain conductor and a compactor. The hollow grain conductor is rigidly connected to the rack of the center hoe. The lower part of the grain conductor is turned in the opposite direction of motion of the center hoe. The center hoe is equipped with flat panels made in the form of a rectangle. The panels are installed on the brackets symmetrically on both sides of the center hoe with possibility to adjust the angle of attack of flat panels to the direction of center hoe, as well as changes in the height of their installation. The compactor is made in the form of two rings running together, which rim in cross-section has the shape of a circle. The compactor is set to S-shaped brackets with hinges and the vertical bar. The compactor is installed under the vertical bar on the transverse axis.

EFFECT: invention enables to improve quality of compaction of the soil ridge with given agronomic requirements of the density.
