FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for separation of grain mixtures and may be used in agriculture, flour-grinding and elevator industry, mixed fodder industry to clean and sort grain. Winnowing machine comprises two pneumatic separating systems with settling chambers, pneumatic separating and air supplying channels, loading accessories arranged in walls of pneumatic separating channels. Diametral fan installed between pneumatic separating systems has suction window communicated with output window of settling chamber of the second pneumatic separating system, and injection nozzle coupled with pneumatic separating channel of the first pneumatic separating system additionally communicated with pneumatic separating channel, and accessories for discharge of grain and admixtures. Three-layer sieve boot installed under pneumatic separating systems with receivers of treatment products separation. In area of fan injection nozzle coupling with tap of pneumatic separating channel of the first pneumatic separating system communicating through additional air supply channel with settling chamber of the first pneumatic separating system there is an air injector installed. Chamber of loading accessory of pneumatic separating channel of the first pneumatic separating system communicates through dust discharge channel to suction window of diametral fan, inlet edge of its body is arranged above and higher than tap of pneumatic separating channel of the second pneumatic separating system and forms relief channel, which connects air supply channel of the second pneumatic separating system with inlet window of fan.

EFFECT: improved quality of grain material, improved sanitary and hygiene conditions of work, as well as quickness and simplicity of tuning of the whole winnowing machine.
