FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to grain separation and may be used in agriculture flour-and-cereals industry, etc, for grain cleaning. Proposed machine comprises two pneumatic separation systems, pneumatic separation and air feed ducts, loading appliances arranged in walls of pneumatic separation ducts. Cross-flow fan is arranged between pneumatic separation systems. Said fan has suction opening communicated with second pneumatic separation system settling chamber outlet and delivery branch pipe communicated with first pneumatic separation system pneumatic separation channel and, additionally, communicated with pneumatic separation via additional channel. Wall of said channel adjoining first pneumatic separation system pneumatic separation channel terminates opposite fan delivery branch pipe by distribution gate. Fan scroll case jointed with lower wall of pneumatic separation channel and provided with opening arranged at maximum opening to communicate fan exhaust diffuser with additional channel branch pipe. Said pneumatic separation channel has wall arranged with clearance A relative to its bottom wall, adjacent channel wall edge and additional channel. Second pneumatic separation system settling chamber outlet is provided with adjusting flap shaped congruently with outlet curved wall. Machine includes appliances for discharge of grain and impurities and tree-level sieve boot arranged under pneumatic separation systems and provided with cleaned product receivers. First pneumatic separation system settling chamber is communicated with dust separator inlet and connected with wall adjoining the second system air feed channel. Dust separator wall adjoining second separation system air feed channel is furnished with pivoted adjusting flap arranged at wall end. Opening is arranged under said flap to communicated dust separator with second system air feed channel.

EFFECT: higher quality of grain cleaning.
