FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization and automation of production processes. Proposed unit comprises washout chamber with loading and unloading hatches, device for forced displacement of barrels, washout heads with staggered nozzles and sprinkler assembly. Besides, it comprises mechanism and cut and remove barrel bottoms incorporating carriage, roller blades arranged regularly along disk circumference and electromagnetic bottom remover fitted along disk axis of symmetry. Device for forced displacement of barrels incorporates frame with support seta for barrels and transportation track. The latter is provided with vertically-moving platform with support seat for barrel. Said track can reciprocate to move barrel above the frame in one direction and come back under the frame, with no barrel, in opposite direction. Said track us coupled with the rod of hydraulic drive fitted on washout chamber housing, while its moving platform incorporates additionally articulated links coupled with new additional hydraulic drive secured on said track. Track arranged nearby unloading hatch incorporates additional pusher articulated with platform articulated links to allow vertical-inclined position of the pusher with lifted platform. Pusher height makes less than the height whereat axis on the barrel to be removes is located. With platform lowered, pusher height is smaller than that of barrel lower edge surface in seat on the frame. Each washout head is fitted on separate hydraulic drive rod.

EFFECT: higher efficiency, quality of solution with preset concentration and emptied barrel cleaning.
