FIELD: equipment for hazardous material extraction from rigid vessel by washing out and dissolving thereof, particularly for extraction of foul water purification reagent from metal drums. SUBSTANCE: plant comprises chamber, nozzle connected to pipeline, circulation pump for solution pumping. Chamber has mouth with mounting plate for vessel locating. Sharpened nipple for vessel puncturing is installed into chamber mouth. Nozzle is located into sharpened nipple such that gap for solution discharge into chamber is formed between nozzle and nipple. Plant may comprise device for vessel pressing to mouth mounting plate with the purpose of puncturing facilitation.
