FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of preparing a concrete mixture with superplasticiser additives and can be used in making products and structures in prefabricated reinforced concrete and monolithic construction. In the method of preparing a concrete mixture, involving mixing cement with superplasticiser, aggregates and hardening water, 5-10% cement of the calculated amount is pre-mixed for 1-2 minutes with hardening water which contains superplasticiser additive and the remaining amount of cement and aggregates are then mixed. An antifoaming agent is also added when mixing cement and hardening water which contains superplasticiser additive.
EFFECT: higher consistency of the concrete mix, cutting cement consumption without reducing strength of the concrete, as well as low power consumption.
