FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device includes capacity for obtaining dispersion mixture (DM) of powdered minerals with water, device for DM pumping to the well during the bit operation, disintegrator, the first chamber and the second chamber with equal volumes in the capacity, electrically conducting and grounded membrane between the first chamber and the second chamber, cathode in the first chamber, anode in the second chamber; at that, cathode is located from the membrane at the distance which is 5-20 times longer than that of anode, batcher for introduction of produced water and powdered minerals processed in disintegrator to the first chamber, mixing device in the first chamber, mixing device in the second chamber. Water and powdered minerals are added to the capacity, dispersion mixture (DM) is obtained, DM is pumped to the well as washing liquid to cool the bit. In disintegrator there processed is produced water with total salt content of 30-60 g/l and minerals by means of mechanical crushing of minerals to powder till the particles have the size of 10-5-10-7 m. Produced water and powdered minerals processed in the disintegrator are introduced to the first chamber of the capacity in the ratio of 5-30 vol. %; thus, DM is obtained; DC voltage is supplied to cathode and anode, which creates electric field intensity with value of 50-200 V/m. Potential as to modulus, which is by 5-20 times less than that of cathode, is supplied to anode, DM is mixed in the first chamber during 10 minutes, and water is mixed in the second chamber.

EFFECT: increasing the well hole making, decreasing the cost, increasing the well hole making speed per the bit run.
