FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: test bench for hydraulic downhole motors consists of jacket 14 with cross wall 17 with packing device 18 wherein there is installed sub 19. Output shaft 10 is coupled with sub 19 for torque transfer. Wall 17 with device 18 and installed therein sub 19 form two pressure tight insulated one from another chambers 21 and 22. Tank 13 is equipped with diaphragm 23 forming two tanks 24 and 25 pressure tight insulated one from another. Tank 25 is equipped with device 28 of control of working fluid leaks between case 4 and shaft 10. A throttling bushing is pressure tight installed in an input part of sub 19. In output part of sub 19 there are made orifices communicated with chamber 21 and tank 24.
EFFECT: facilitating control of leaks of pump supply of working fluid; determination of moment of force on output shaft in mode from minimal to maximal power; raised efficiency of hydro-jet cleaning of bit; maintaining specified rate of borehole driving; prevention of emergent hoisting drill string with bit from borehole.
