SUBSTANCE: device has high-frequency resonators, each fitted with an input-output; limiting or limiting-dividing short-circuited turns which are coaxially placed inside a tubular metal housing on outer surfaces of dielectric pipes; computers, receiving/transmitting channels, each connecting the input-output of one of the resonators with one input of the corresponding computer; a high-frequency generator, a mode controller, a timer, measurement transducers, a differential pressure sensor, a temperature sensor, X-ray tubes with a power supply, roentgenolucent housing inserts, each fitted in the emission plane of the corresponding X-ray tube; X-ray screens with roentgenolucent inserts in between; primary and secondary collimators, an orthogonal collimator, secondary radiators, scintillation detectors, multi-channel photomultipliers, multi-channel light guides, as well as processing and control modules.
