FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: device consists of high frequency resonators each equipped with input-output, of limiting and limiting-dividing shorted coils coaxial inside tubular metal case on external surface of dielectric pipes, of computers, and of receiving-transmitting channels each connecting input-output of one of resonators to one of inputs of corresponding computer. Further, the device consists of a high frequency generator, of mode controller, of X-ray tubes with a power source, of tubes controller, of roentgen-transparent case insertions each installed in radiation plane of a corresponding X-ray tube, of roentgen shields with roentgen insertions between them, of primary and secondary collimators, of an orthogonal collimator, of secondary emitters, of scintillation detectors, of multi-channel photo-electron multipliers, of multi-channel light conduits and also of processing and control modules.
