FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a hollow housing. The hollow housing is mounted on a support. Inside the housing there are water delivery and discharge ducts arranged. The device additionally contains a shaft, a cross-bar, a weather-vane and the shaft hub. At one end of the shaft there is a drive represented by a bladed rotor, at the other - a water flow agitator. The cross-bar is mounted so that to enable rotation on the shaft upper part. The rotor is partly encompassed by a casing. The casing is composed of two curvilinear surfaces. The curvilinear surfaces with one side are pivotally attached to the hub so that to enable rotation round the support. The weather-vane is rigidly attached to the cross-bar and the hub with the help of props. Spring-loaded plates are pivotally mounted on the cross-bar with the help of props and an angle relative each other. The spring-loaded plates are connected to the corresponding curvilinear surfaces of the casing with turn-buckles.
EFFECT: design improves efficiency of the device operation due to wind stream coverage area adjustment.
