FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: wind-driven plant includes a fixed load-carrying housing, a vertical axis connected to the rotor in upper part, an electric generator and a thrust booster at the housing bottom, which is made in the form of an annular hot air inlet chamber from a water-air heat exchanger introduced and located in the flow. A wind wheel is installed on the axis above the chamber, and openings are made along the housing generatrix, in which blades are arranged tangentially to its circumference. Additionally, a liquid aeration device is installed in the flow, its inlet is connected to the heat exchanger outlet, and its outlet with wet hot air is connected to the annular chamber of the thrust booster. A free-wheel clutch is installed on a vertical axis between the rotor and the wind wheel; the rotor is installed in a cone part of the load-carrying housing, and an air rarefication device is located on its head.

EFFECT: wind-driven plant can be used for generation of electric power from water heat discharges to cooling ponds of NPP, CHP and by other way of their conversion to vortex flows for functioning of a wind-driven plant.
