FIELD: wood working industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns the field of wood working, namely to devices for bending of wood. Device comprises template and mechanisms of pressing and counter-bending. Template is arranged in the form of drum with slot to fix bus bar arranged in the form of steel tape with stock laid in it with the help of stop at the end of tape, inserted into this slot. Pressing mechanism is arranged in the form of hinged beam installed under drum, at one end of which there is roll installed, and at the other end - screw, to change extent of stock pressing, and counter-bending mechanism consists of two rolls, movable roller arranged under stock and arranged with the possibility of displacement in vertical direction, and fixed roll arranged over stock.
EFFECT: possibility to bend stock along certain radius to maintain ratio of stock radius and thickness, simplified design, improved quality of bending, reduced rejection.
