FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises template, bus and roll-shape clamp. Template represents a drum. Bus is composed ob elastic polymer ribbons. One ribbon comprises thrusts for locking on template surface. Another ribbon consists of two parts, one being provided with thrusts and another one with locking wedges to clamping on blank outer surface. Roll is arranged under template.
EFFECT: higher quality, minor rejects, accelerated drying.
