SUBSTANCE: splitter includes sleeve, where window is provided, and piston is installed with the possibility of axial displacement with backup valve installed in its cavity, cutting element with the possibility for its cutting part to come out from longitudinal window of sleeve and levers fixed in sleeve with their one end and in cutting element with their other end. Return spring is installed between piston and sleeve.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of device due to increased diametre of cut initiating slot.
