FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: proposed projectile comprises case accommodating explosive charge, bottom, front bottom and detonator, head part comprising head cap housing trajectory impact fuse and fragmentation unit with ready hitting elements. Note here that pyrotechnic device of separation is arranged between the case and head part. Barrel is arranged along the case axis, secured with case bottom and front bottom. Pyrotechnic device represents accelerator fitted in said barrel and secured to head part and containing powder charge with igniter. Note here that accelerator length approximates to projective case length, while its OD equals barrel ID.

EFFECT: higher hitting capacity.
