FIELD: weapons.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to splinter-explosive projectiles that feature both circular and axial fields of injury. Proposed projectile comprises shell to house explosive charge and screw-in bottom with unfolding fin, head part consisting of head cap accommodating set of hitting elements and trajectory-contact fuse with igniter. Powder burster charge is arranged between the said fuse and igniter. The projectile comprises also pyrotechnical device designed to separate the head part, that represents a barrel arranged along the projectile axis to accommodate pyrotechnical charge and igniter-detonator assy. Note here that the said barrel houses moving piston-pusher with its front edge furnished with diaphragm in contact with the said set of hitting elements.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
