In order to widen the dynamic range, increase speed of operation, measurement accuracy and automation of the measurement process, a second and a third operational amplifier, a second and third ADC and a code and measurement range selection unit are included in the device.
EFFECT: faster operation of the entire device and wider dynamic measurement range with high measurement accuracy.
