FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: device comprises vessel with pneumatic chambers arranged in it - damper and accumulating ones. Accumulating chamber ends at the bottom with massive thick-walled metal part in the form of piston, bottom part of which enters thick-walled metal cartridge. Metal cartridge ends in point of contact with soil by thick-walled metal impact plate. In area of contact of lower part of working piston inside cartridge there is a working pneumatic chamber with exhaust neck-shaped hole at the top, closed with valve fixed at the bottom of stem. Stem comprises channel inside, arranged with the possibility of displacement inside along body, and two pistons that limit damper chamber at the bottom and top. Working area of piston at the bottom is more than working area of valve that closes neck-shaped hole. Between pistons of damper chamber there is a transverse partition with magnet element that attracts piston in upper part of body stem. Transverse partition has through channel for passage of stem, gases and liquid. On body on top there is a lifting pneumatic cylinder rigidly connected to support metal frame, in which there is a movable stem with channel inside and piston fixed on it, which divides inner volume of lifting pneumatic cylinder into two pneumatic chambers - upper and lower ones. There are inlet and outlet holes provided on the body aside to communicate with pneumatic line.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of compression gas energy use.
