SUBSTANCE: device for information management on service of mobile communication network on server that manages network, which provides service to network of mobile communication, including unit of information change recognition, which recognises change in information on service of mobile communication network, unit of information transfer, which sends message including changed information, to information server; and unit of message reception with positive confirmation, which receives message with positive confirmation from information server, which provides acceptance of changed information. When information on network service changes, message including changed information is sent to information server, and message is repeatedly send to information server in advance specified number of times, until information server does not transfer confirmation reply, which stands for acceptance of changed information.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities by provision of control of updated information.
