SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to provide confidentiality of true identification information of user in initial signal message of access in wireless communication system. Wireless transceiving unit (WTRU) includes level of packet data convergence protocol (C-PDCP) of control plane (C-plane), which performs coding of signal message. C-PDCP level is activated after WTRU module is energised, and initial parameters of safety are downloaded to C-PDCP level. Initial signal message of connection for connection of network and identification information of user are coded with application of initial safety parameters, even prior to confirmation of WTRU module validity. Initial safety parameters including coding key (CK) may be generated from broadcasting transmission of system information from network. CK key may be open key for asymmetric coding or may be selected from broadcasting transmission of open keys set or be produced out of system information of network. Index of selected open key may be coded separately. Alternatively, index may be transmitted using method of keys exchange by Diffie-Hellman.
EFFECT: improved noise immunity.
