FIELD: oil-and-gas production.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant comprises oil stripping, main and stabilisation fractionation towers. Top part of each of the latter is connected to appropriate condensation unit made up of condenser-refrigerator and reflux tank that makes a separator. Additionally, proposed plant comprises gasoline low-boiling fraction entrapping unit representing serial connection of compressor, condenser-refrigerator and separator in the form of collection tank. Note here condensation unit of oil stripping tower is connected low-boiling gasoline fraction entrapping unit with its collection tank equipped with gas and fluid branch pipes to force gas and fluid phases out in the form of noncondensable gases and fluid hydrocarbons. Invention covers also the method of primary distillation of oil.
EFFECT: reduced costs, higher yield and better separation.
