FIELD: oil and gas production.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to procedure of production of straight-run oil gases at rectification of desalinised and dry oil. The procedure consists in stripping gases in column, in their successive cooling, in absorbing products of rectification of desalinised and dry oil with benzine and in extraction with following stabilisation. Also, the process of absorption of straight-run hydro-carbon gases with benzine is carried out with supply of fume-liquid mixture, created upon condensation of fumes from a top of column of preliminary evaporation in condensers-refrigerators of this column, into lower part of a reflux tank-gas separator of the column of preliminary evaporation. In its upper part this column is equipped with an additional section of contact devices. The devices consist of a cartridge with a head installed into the gas separator tank and of a sieve-like distributing disk positioned over this cartridge. Absorbent-fraction of unstable benzine from the reflux tank of the top of the main rectification column showers this disk. Straight-run hydrocarbon gases out of fume-liquid mixture are absorbed with absorbent-fraction. Further, mixture fraction (unstable benzine) from the bottom of the reflux tank-gas separator of the column of preliminary evaporation is partially directed to sprinkle the column of preliminary evaporation, while excess amount is directed to a stabilisation column. Liquefied hydrocarbon gas - raw stock of gas fraction installations - is withdrawn from an upper part of this column. Not absorbed light fractions of straight-run hydrocarbon gases are withdrawn from the top of the reflux tank-gas separator of the preliminary evaporation column and are directed into a separator-sump and further - into a fuel line.

EFFECT: increased withdrawal of liquefied gases at primary oil processing without raised consumption of power resources owing to reduced losses at gas vent into fuel line.
