FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: structural facilities comprise transverse stiffening diaphragms in the form of steel diagonal braces or wall panels. Above-crane part of pillar has increased stiffness due to welded T bar or increase area of cross section. Coating stiffness is increased by longitudinal layout of boards, welded reinforcements protruding from boards, arranged keys, inbuilt seams and belts and reinforcement frames installed in belts. Braces in the form of metal rods are arranged in expansion joints on coating and in crane beams. Metal rods by their one end are rigidly connected to one expansion unit, and by their other end are pulled into tube rigidly connected to the other expansion unit.
EFFECT: improved horizontal rigidity of frames for reliable accident-free operation without considerable increase of cost and labour intensiveness.
