SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for gymnastic exercises. Training-simulator includes basis with vertical uprights, handles for hand snatch and device for feet, seat. Basis is made in form of rectangular frame, vertical uprights are made L-shaped and fastened with possibility of limited turning and fixation on opposite sides of basis, in its middle part. Upper ends of L-shaped uprights are equipped with laths, fastened with possibility of limited turning and fixation in vertical plane, on one ends of laths fastened are bars for suspending counterbalance, on the other - load of weight, and in their middle part - rest for shins, fastened with possibility of movement and fixation along L-shaped uprights. Device for feet is made in form of rigidly fastened in basis of L-shaped uprights site with rest for feet, fastened with possibility of movement and fixation on site. Handles for hand snatch are fastened with possibility of free turning on bars for weight load suspension. Seat is made in form of site, fastened on laths from side of handles for hand snatch, and fastened with possibility of turning and fixation on necessary angle in vertical plane. And seat can be made in form of site, fastened by upright on basis with possibility of movement in vertical plane from side of handles for hand snatch.

EFFECT: invention allows to provide possibility of application by users with different anthropometrical characteristics and different level of preparation, as well as ensure efficient, regulated work of quadriceps.
