SUBSTANCE: fitness machine comprises base with vertical stands, seat, accessory for fixation of shoulders with handles for wrist grip, accessory for feet, support for fixation of thighs. Seat is installed on support with the possibility of rotation and fixation, both in horizontal and vertical planes. Support is made of two coaxially arranged parts, upper hingedly connected to seat, and lower equipped with rod for fixation of detachable weight and installed by base on shallow frame, which is fixed with the possibility of swinging and fixation on vertical stands, which are installed on opposite sides of base. Accessory for fixation of shoulders is arranged in the form of armrests with soft elements, which are installed with the possibility of displacement along planks and are fixed with the possibility of synchronous rotation in vertical plane and fixation on vertical stands. Handles for wrist grip and soft elements are arranged as detachable with the possibility of displacement and fixation along armrests. Accessory for feet is arranged as stand adjusted along height relative to seat with platform for feet. Support for fixation of thighs is installed on seat with the possibility of adjustment along height, seat at both sides is equipped with adjustable movable side supports, and on lower surface of seat there is a coupling to fix detachable stem with weight, at the same time at the ends of planks, on platform and at the corners of base there are hooks installed to fix ends of shock absorbers.

EFFECT: expansion of functional capabilities by training of all waist muscles, all muscles of abdominals, provides possibility of use for trainees with different antropometric characteristics and various levels of preparation.
