FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: frying surface is made from a composite material in the form of an alloy containing two main components - zirconium and cobalt. The substrate underlying the surface for products frying consists of one or more metal sheets from aluminium, a corrosion resistant alloy, cast iron, steel or copper. The composite material is applied by physical precipitation from vapour phase with one or more massive targets usage. After the composite material applying, one performs azotisation with further carburisation or cyanidation.
EFFECT: thery is produced a surface for frying with improved characteristics which provide for easy cleanability of the surface for a long time; the surface has high corrosive resistance and improved mechanical properties.
