FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises case, separation mechanism, fixed (inertia less) bobbin with wound rope-cable, disk revolving about bobbin axis that has orifice nearby its edge. Second end of rope-cable is passed through said orifice and connected to target, wile input electric part of said rope-cable is connected to aircraft onboard circuit via connector assembly. Besides proposed device comprises self-tightening brake articulated with aforesaid disk in conditions of braking and towing to be automatically cut in into braking conditions prior to target release end for smooth reduction of release speed till complete stop. Said brake is released in response to target jettisoning instruction.
EFFECT: reduced probability of rope-cable breakage, simplified towing system.
