FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: detecting device has a freely moving frame fitted with front and rear wheels. The device is characterised by that the control part, the scanning part and the actuating mechanism which moves the said frame are in the said frame, wherein the said frame has a first matching device for connection with an external power supply so that the said detecting device can detect using an external power supply through the actuating mechanism thereby detecting onsite. The semi-trailer mounted on the frame has a second matching device joined to a pulling device so as to join the detecting device and the pulling device in order to move the device from place to place.

EFFECT: use of a clean source of energy for moving the detecting device.
