SUBSTANCE: converter is placed in an opaque housing in whose front face of which there is a microlens on whose optical axis there are first to eighth neutral micro-optical filters arranged in series, each having a corresponding radiation absorption coefficient, as well as first to eighth micro-piezoelectric elements whose first ends are fixed in the housing, wherein their control inputs are data inputs of the converter, second free ends of the micro-piezoelectric elements are correspondingly connected to their neutral micro-optical filters. The emitter is a white light-emitting diode and is placed outside the housing of the converter in front of the microlens. In the output face of the housing there is a corresponding colour filter.
EFFECT: more reliable colour transfer.
