FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: in method for manufacturing of pre-fastened absorbing undergarment, longitudinal folding device for mechanical fastening of partially assembled absorbing undergarment is carried by displacement device. Longitudinal folding device is arranged with the possibility of displacement between open configuration, in which it accepts partially assembled undergarment, and closed configuration, in which undergarment is folded along by folding device. The first transverse folding device folds the first fastened part of undergarment relative to folding device, and in general, in direction of the second fastened part. The second transverse folding device carried by displacement device, folds the second fastened part relative to folding device, and in general, in direction of the first fastened part to facilitate their mutual engagement. Separate retaining element is carried by displacement device and pulls at least one part from the first and second fastened parts to retaining element in process of undergarment displacement by displacement device.

EFFECT: invention provides for elimination of displacement of partially assembled absorbing undergarment in process of its folding into pre-fastened configuration.
