FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to toxic gas (TG) decontamination and disinfection of health control objects infected with agents of hazardous infectious diseases of bacterial, viral and fungal nature. A composition for toxic gas (TG) decontamination and disinfection of health control objects, containing potassium hydroxide and 2-aminoethylaminoethanol as an alkaline nucleophilic decontaminator; as a disinfectant, the composition contains a condensation product of paraformaldehyde (PFA) with N-substituted 2-aminoethanol (SAE) of formula: R-NHCH2CH2OH where R is alkyl, aryl, aminoalkyl with the certain mass ratio of PFA:SAE, a polar solvent with the components taken in a certain amount.
EFFECT: composition allows for quick decontamination of main types of fighting TG and complete disinfection of health control objects: to inactivate the agents of diseases of bacterial (including the cryptogamic forms), viral and fungal nature.
