SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biotechnology and veterinary medicine, namely to methods for growing piglets with the use of disinfection of production livestock premises. Method for increasing the prevention and treatment of piglets colibacillosis, involving immunization of animals against colibacillosis with a polyvalent vaccine with adhesive antigens K88, K99, F41, 987P, characterized by that if observing signs of colibacillosis in piglets additional sanitary treatment with electroactivated water is carried out, wherein treatment is carried out with ANK + ANNITAL with pH 8.5–9.0 at rate of flow 500 ml/m³ of room in the presence of animals with periodicity of 10–14 days by ANOLITE ANOLITH aerosol spraying in form of "dry fog" with particle size of 1–5 mcm at 30 min exposure from bacterial, viral and fungal contaminations, as well as disinfection of air contained in them, materials and other objects, including hard to disinfect materials, and can also be used in agriculture, public health, veterinary science, as well as related industries. Essence of the invention is that if observing the indications of colibacillosis in the room piglets are subjected to additional sanitary treatment with electrically activated water, wherein treatment is carried out with ANK ANTOLITE + with pH potential (8.5–9.0) with norm of consumption 500 ml/m³ of room in presence of animals with periodicity of 10–14 days, by aerosol spraying of anolyte in form of "dry fog" with particle size of 1–5 mcm, wherein ANK + analyte for treatment is carried out in plants - activators STELS-10-N-12-01 produced by Scientific Production Association Ekran, the city of Moscow, with a salt introduction dose of 8–10 g per litre of water with an anolyte storage life of up to 30 days, and aerosol generators of UltraPraiser type R-60M produced by RASTER LLC are used to spray the preparation.
