FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and is intended for destruction of neoplasms and pathologically changed tissues of organism. Access to zone of specified manipulation is carried out by puncture. Penetration of SHF irradiator inside neoplasms and pathologically changed tissues of organism is provided. Controlled are accuracy of irradiator localisation by means of visualisation and temperature dynamics of irradiated tissue, created during SHF irradiation process. SHF exposure is carried out without exceeding temperature limit of 43-48°C, with irradiation power about 5-18 W, with operation frequency within 1.5-10 GHz, duration of exposure about 3-30 seconds until result of destruction of neoplasms and pathologically changed tissues of organism is achieved.

EFFECT: method allows to avoid injuring adjacent unaffected tissues in process of treatment.
