FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to microwave surgical apparatuses. An apparatus represents a trocar from a metal tube with mandrin and a microwave guide extended coaxially inside and along the metal tube to be sequentially inserted and taken out. On a distal side of the microwave guide, there are a dielectric matching transition made of a material with smoothly increasing dielectric permeability 2 to 7 units, and a monopole-dipole antenna. From a distal end, it has a cup portion turned with its bottom outwards from the distal end of the microwave guide, and with its open portion - to its proximal end. The proximal end of the microwave guide comprises a matching subordinate module with coaxial-to-stripline adapters, connected to a microwave generator. The connection is carried out via a feeder with microwave sockets from both sides related to reciprocal components of the microwave sockets of the matching subordinate module and microwave generator. The feeder, microwave guide, dielectric matching transition and monopole-dipole antenna are completely filled a microwave dielectric. Walls and bottom of the monopole-dipole antenna are metal; the bottom is ellipsoidal.
EFFECT: invention allows to reduce probability of interstitial burn when eliminating a surrounding new growth.
